Romantikhotel Zell Am See - Zell am See

Staff was always cheerful, friendly and very helpful especially with our initial arrival questions about local sports activities, ski rentals, transportation, etc. Spa/Relaxation area with whirlpool, indoor/outdoor pools and sauna was very nice to comeback to after a day of winter sports. Hotel decor was beautiful traditional Austrian style and very pleasant to just to sit and relax in whether in your room, in the lounge, or in the dining area for meals. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

the king bed was not Comforted. It consists of two parts !!!

The hotelsin Zell am See is all most the same and no A/C so this hotel compeering with the others is good price and near to the leak and I like the free ticket which they offer me for the leak boat tour.

I don't like that there are no reception after 9:00pm in the hotel only security.

Great hotel that provides excellent service and facilities in a central location. The Zell Am See card is also excellent value for money.

Nothing - apart from one incident at breakfast with a member of staff that was very rude to my girlfriend for no reason.

If you have children you dont have to bs in this hotel because when the children playing the staff ll punch them and their excuse is the hotel is romantic ?

The hotel is in a beautiful, picturesque setting in the centre of Zell am See, 5mts from the train station. The garden is very pretty and relaxing and the facilities are excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. We have stayed there 3 times now due to the high standard of service and we would definitely recommend it to others.

They have parking house.

The hotel had a policy that the westener people have breakfast in the nice restaurant and the Arab peoble who mostly were there and they are almost 80% of the tourist having breakfast in separate small room, thats was raises. Breakfast was discusting specially the scramble eggs.

Freundliches Personal, gemütliches Zimmer, Bett mit guter Matratze. Die Angebote der kostenlosen Zell am See/Kaprun Card fanden wir toll und nützten sie auch.

Der Fernsehapparat im Zimmer war ein sehr kleines und altes Röhrengerät.
